How to choose a suitable color sorter?
1. Choose a color sorter with a color linear CCD sensor. The rice color sorter is aimed at the problem of yellow black grain rice and normal white rice. There is no difference in general physical characteristics, so it can not be removed by conventional cleaning methods. It can only be removed by photoelectric colorimetric methods and equipment by using the difference in color and reflectance between yellow black grain rice and white rice. It is also called a photoelectric color sorter. The photoelectric sensor is the eye of the color sorter. Commonly used photoelectric sensors include silicon photocell, black-and-white linear array, color linear array CCD, etc. Considering the number of color selection categories and service life, it is advantageous to choose a color sorter with a color linear array CCD sensor.
2. The model and size of the color sorter shall be selected according to the daily output of rice processing of the enterprise. Generally, the processing capacity of each channel is kg / h. If 128 channel color sorter is selected, the daily processing capacity is more than 15 tons (8 hours/day).
